About the Company:
I am currently working with a family-run fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in Essex. My client has been established for over 30 years and specialises in complex commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London and the South East. Their work spans various sectors including commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, and leisure, with project values ranging from 500k to 10m.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from tender through to handover. Your week will be divided between Essex, London, and one day working from home. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment industry as a Project Manager overseeing projects up to 10m
- Construction qualifications (desired but not essential)
- Driving license
- Ability to commute to the Essex office and London sites.
