I am currently working with an Essex-based principal contractor specializing in new build, refurbishment, and commercial fit-out projects. Having been established over 40 years ago, my client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services with exceptional results. They specialize in luxury fit-out and refurbishment projects for high-end retail brands, sporting venues, commercial office spaces, and prime residential properties.

About the Role:

My client has a new project due to commence in March 2025, involving piling, RC ground and framework, new build, and full fit-out of a new build project. You will split your time between the office and the site, with the project located in central London. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and remains within budget.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have experience managing small new build projects ranging in value from 3m to 5m.
• You will have experience working on small RC ground and framework projects, piling, new build, and fit-out projects.
• You must be able to commute to my client's office in Essex and attend the site multiple times a week.
