This rapidly growing facade and cladding specialist contractor is actively seeking a versatile Quantity Surveyor to join their current team of 5. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role, working closely with the Commercial Director and Project teams to enhance profitability across 3 to 4 projects. These projects vary in scale from £1m to £20m and encompass facade and cladding works, including installations and reclads.
Assuming the role of Quantity Surveyor, you'll be actively engaged in ongoing projects, utilizing your expertise while closely collaborating with project teams. Your responsibilities will extend from project assessment to contract administration and procurement. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to showcase your expertise in facade and cladding projects with the option to take on a junior once you’re in the door and established.
