Your New RoleAs Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in cost management throughout the lifecycle of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing budgets and cost plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Preparing valuations, cost reports, and final accounts
- Providing expert advice on cost-related matters to clients
- Collaborating closely with project teams to meet client objectives
This role offers a dynamic mix of site-based and office work, giving you the variety and flexibility to keep things fresh and engaging.
