- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
- Managing project finances to ensure cost control and adherence to budgets
- Leading the tendering process, including document preparation and contractor selection
- Overseeing contract administration, procurement, and change management
- Conducting valuations, risk assessments, and financial reporting
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and project teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Cover Essex home county, some travel to London and other UK areas if required.
- An experienced Chartered or Quantity Surveyor
- Healthcare, Education or property experience
