The Role
As a Specialist Dental Recruiter, you will:
- Source and recruit top talent in the dental sector, including dentists, hygienists, dental nurses, and practice managers.
- Build strong relationships with dental practices and organizations to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
- Provide career guidance to candidates, helping them secure roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, shortlisting, and negotiating offers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to offer clients and candidates valuable market insights.

- Experience in recruitment, ideally within the dental or healthcare sector.
- A strong understanding of the dental profession and its unique staffing needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
