Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant who will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates in finance and legal professional roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, a strategic approach to talent acquisition, and a genuine passion for supporting career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust network of high-calibre finance and legal professionals
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing and screening processes
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial consultation to successful placement
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted outreach
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles and comprehensive market insights
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets
- Contribute to team performance and collaborative success
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years' recruitment experience, preferably in finance or legal sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
- Strong commercial awareness and market understanding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrable track record of successful candidate placements
