Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant who will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates in finance and legal professional roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, a strategic approach to talent acquisition, and a genuine passion for supporting career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a robust network of high-calibre finance and legal professionals
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing and screening processes
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial consultation to successful placement
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted outreach
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles and comprehensive market insights
  • Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets
  • Contribute to team performance and collaborative success

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' recruitment experience, preferably in finance or legal sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
  • Strong commercial awareness and market understanding
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Demonstrable track record of successful candidate placements
