A very popular and Restaurant is looking for an exceptional Bar Manager to join their very successful and growing business. This Restaurant serves award-winning food from quality local ingredients and has a great atmosphere. The salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 plus tips

The ideal candidate must have experience in running a quality led establishment and have a passion for food. They are very proud to say that they source their products and produce locally and you can see this throughout their menus. The ideal Bar Manager will oversee all aspects of the bar.

The Role

The Bar Manager will plan, direct and oversee all bar operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency. The environment is cutting edge & expectations are high. You will:

• Experience of running a cellar and exceptional knowledge of fine wines, cocktails and ales.

• Assess development needs and train and coach staff

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards

• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of bar area
