Basic salary of £24,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
£35k - £60k + OTE

Key responsibilities will include:
-To make appointment calls to existing (and new) clients who have requested contact, working on pre specified claims campaigns through the use of a CRM
-To identify current & potential members needs, provide claim products, that fully meet our customers expectations
-To handle customers confidently in a non-advisory capacity, providing outcomes that are within the interest of both the customer and the business
-Work towards and achieve agreed individual and team performance objectives, contributing to the overall company objectives
-To support management in the successful day-to-day running and the development of the department
-To manage your own time, act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence
-To be productive and resourceful in your approach and be the best version of yourself possible
Profile
-Minimum 1+ years of experience in outbound sales and/or account management
-Claims/legal experience advantageous
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to build rapport over the phone
-A strong drive to grow, succeed and achieve
-A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage your time efficiently
-Ability to input data using multiple systems efficiently and accurately
-Experience with a CRM beneficial
