TeacherActive is seeking a passionate and dedicated PE Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Billericay starting in April 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Promote a positive attitude towards physical education and encourage participation in various sports.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive curriculum and extra-curricular programs.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
• Engage with parents and the community to promote physical activity and well-being.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being among students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Prior experience in teaching PE at the secondary level is desirable but not essential.
