We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support to a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a full-time basis. As a part of our team, you will play an integral role in supporting a child's academic and social development, helping them to thrive in their learning environment.
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant in Billericay with the following:
• Experience working with children with SEN (preferably in a school setting)
• A positive and patient attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for supporting children's education and development
• A team player who is able to collaborate with teachers and other staff
