Supervising Social Worker
Salary up to £40,000 per annum + £1,200 car allowance
NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Essex area in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
They offer flexibility with home working, allowing the Supervising Social Worker to have a flexible schedule and a good work - life balance.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will hold a caseload of about 10 - 13 foster families located around the Essex areas. You will provide support and supervision to the foster carers and ongoing training.

- 25 days Annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (which will increase to 28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays with length of service). They also offer 2.5 days each year for your birthday, a health and wellbeing day and a half day festive shopping day.

Requirements:Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
