The Role

JJ Search is a boutique and specialist Recruitment firm based in Billericay(Essex), servicing an established Financial Services London client base, is seeking a enthusiastic, reliable and hard working Recruitment Support Associate to join their team.

The Recruitment Support Associate will work closely with the Recruitment Director of the business, supporting current client work. speaking daily with candidates on the phone.

The role will be 4 days a week.

The Recruitment Support Associate will show confidence in speaking to clients and candidates on the telephone with the ability to ask probing and detail orientated questions.

The Recruitment Firm specialises in Investment Management, Asset Management and Private Banking, clients that are based in the City of London.

The Recruitment Support Associate will be guided to gain knowledge of the Investment Management & Private Banking industry so that they can fully understand the needs of the clients.

The Recruitment Support Associate role will involvespeaking to candidates to assess their suitability for the positions. Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview and organising interviews.

The Recruitment Support Associate will also support in writing Linkedin updates for the Managing Director, as well as utilisingspecialist recruitment websites and job board tools.

The role will involve confidentlyand professionally speakingwith clients of all levels including Managers, HR, and Partners.

The Recruitment Support Associate will work well under pressure and fulfilling any working deadlines in a timely manner.

There would also be a real opportunity to assist in building out the recruitment company brand, coming up with ideas to attract new business and leading on branding and social media projects.

This role would suit someone with office experience with an understanding of the corporate environment - but who would like to work more locally and a role with flexibility once trust is built.

A highly organised and driven individual, who enjoys the entrepreneurial nature of a smaller business within a down to earth,hardworkingand flexible office.

The role will also offer a bonus structure related to the roles which the Recruitment Support Associate will support with.

The Candidate

Someone who has worked in a client facing role or front of house. CONFIDENCE ON THE PHONE IS ESSENTIAL - ability to speak to a diverse pool of candidates, junior and very senior.

Highly organised and diligent with the ability to be flexible.
