My client in Billingham is offering an exciting opportunity to join their Finance division as a Management Accountant. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role is key to ensuring smooth financial operations and providing essential support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing
  • Control Accounts updates on a daily basis
  • Sales Processing & Credit Control
  • Credit Card Coding and Processing
  • Income Calculations
  • DVSA Royalties Submissions
  • Purchase Ledger Statement Reconciliations and Payment Runs
  • Payroll processing
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations & Management Accounts
  • Quarterly VAT Returns
  • Assist and cover for the Senior Management Accountant
  • Provide cover for other team members as required

Technical Skills Required:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Management Accounts
  • Sage 200 experience is preferable
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
