My client is seeking a dynamic professional to join their dedicated team in Billingham, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts and driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and growth of assigned client accounts.
- Negotiate rates and value-added services aligned with client budgets and key requirements.
- Conduct engaging webinars for clients and suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and proactively engage with accounts to maximise revenue.
- Deliver accurate and timely reports, ensuring documentation and CRM systems are consistently updated.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in account management
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM systems.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
Further Information:
- Salary: £27,000 + Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per year, plus an additional day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 5 extra days
