Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities

- Engage with clients of all sizes across multiple sales channels

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in the training or education sector
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the UK training landscape is advantageous
