Jackson Hogg are delighted to be exclusively supporting Tracerco, based in Billingham, with the appointment of Executive Assistant on an 11 month fixed term contract.

You will be providing comprehensive support to Tracerco’s Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will be effectively managing executive scheduling, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting event planning and handling administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for directors, managing their calendars, meetings and communications effectively
  • Line management responsibilities for Tracerco’s receptionist, including ensuring adequate cover at the welcome desk during periods of sickness and holidays
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations and transportation
  • Prepare, submit and monitor purchase orders
  • Draft, edit and manage correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain organised and accessible digital and physical records
  • Commit to safety standards
