As the Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality tax advisory services and overseeing compliance requirements. You’ll be responsible for identifying tax planning opportunities, managing risk, and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. Your expertise and insights will be instrumental in driving the corporate tax team’s success and supporting the development of junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the corporate tax advisory and compliance functions for a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic tax advice to clients
  • Manage and mitigate tax risks for clients, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for all tax-related queries
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent experience
  • Extensive corporate tax experience, ideally in a managerial capacity
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax regulations and compliance
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
