Reed Finance are working with a market leader experiencing rapid growth due to significant investments in recent years. Our client is on an exciting journey of expansion and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team to support their mission of delivering outstanding financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Building relationships across the business and being a key figure for the finance function
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA essential.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
