Location: Stockton-on-Tees

Salary: Up to £45K

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 am to 5:00 am

About the HR Manager role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join the team in a standalone capacity. The role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll be instrumental in implementing and managing HR policies and processes to align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:

  • Oversee all HR operations and act as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters.
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and processes in line with business goals.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievances effectively.
  • Support the creation and delivery of training programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Key Requirements for HR Manager:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Proven industry experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a standalone capacity.
  • Strong experience implementing and managing HR processes on-site.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
