Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: Up to £45K
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 am to 5:00 am
About the HR Manager role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join the team in a standalone capacity. The role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll be instrumental in implementing and managing HR policies and processes to align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:
- Oversee all HR operations and act as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters.
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and processes in line with business goals.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievances effectively.
- Support the creation and delivery of training programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Key Requirements for HR Manager:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Proven industry experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a standalone capacity.
- Strong experience implementing and managing HR processes on-site.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
