- Manage and support AWS, Azure, O365, and VMware ESXi infrastructure.
- Oversee the operation of servers, services, and backup solutions, ensuring optimal performance.
- Support firewall services and VOIP solutions.
- Conduct estate and infrastructure management, including OS and patch management.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and vendors for support requests and feature implementations.
- Interact with local and international development and project management teams.
- Proficiency in Cisco and Meraki technologies.
- Experience in managing both domestic and international infrastructure operations, including occasional travel.
