Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support their team based in Billingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company known for its excellent industry reputation and employee benefits.

The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, including project tracking, invoicing, client communication, and tender preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit payment applications and invoices on time
  • Maintain purchase orders and manage essential legal documentation
  • Compile and deliver reports to clients upon project completion
  • Use project management software to track costs, materials, and labour
  • Organise and document project-related resources, including labour and drawings
  • Attend meetings with potential and current clients
  • Prepare pricing for new tenders and send quotations to clients
  • Ensure all tender and contract information is properly stored in relevant project folders

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in construction or contract administration is a plus but not required

Salary & Benefits:

  • £24,500 per annum
  • Annual Bonus
  • Pension: 5% company contribution
  • Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with long service
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours (daily flexi available)
