My client is seeking a dynamic professional to join their dedicated team in Billingham, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts and driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and growth of assigned client accounts.
  • Negotiate rates and value-added services aligned with client budgets and key requirements.
  • Conduct engaging webinars for clients and suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and proactively engage with accounts to maximise revenue.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports, ensuring documentation and CRM systems are consistently updated.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy in all tasks.

Further Information:

  • Salary: £27,000 + Bonus
