This new role is a brilliant opportunity for a Site administrator to join an established team on a full time and permanent basis.

Duties include:

  • Booking travel for employees
  • Providing advice to employees
  • Ensuring all duties are carries out in with the company policy
  • To organise corporate events and meetings
  • Liaise with employees to ensure that meeting resources are organised accurately and communicated on time.
  • Provide professional administrative support
  • Oversee the implementation, delivery and operation of the site induction training
  • Assist in the operation and delivery of the site security systems.
  • Co-ordinate preparation of multiple reports
  • Consolidate documents across site
  • Must be a proactive team member ensuring ad hoc client requested tasks are completed to a great standard

Skill Requirements

  • Work in an organised manner
  • Effective problem solver
  • Able to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Effective use Microsoft Software, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
