In this role, you will:
- Support the Commercial Team: Assist in implementing, controlling, and reporting development/build-related expenditure.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver commercial objectives.
- Develop Relationships: Help manage subcontractor, housing association, and external partner relationships.
- Contribute to Site Start Success: Assist in determining and agreeing on site start programs and commercial matters for developments.
- Engage in Site Visits: Participate in visits to current, new, and potential sites to see the vision come to life.

Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification or understanding of Quantity Surveying.
- Basic understanding of financial implications, build methods, and sequences.
