What Youll Do:

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Commercial Team: Assist in implementing, controlling, and reporting development/build-related expenditure.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver commercial objectives.
  • Develop Relationships: Help manage subcontractor, housing association, and external partner relationships.
  • Contribute to Site Start Success: Assist in determining and agreeing on site start programs and commercial matters for developments.
  • Engage in Site Visits: Participate in visits to current, new, and potential sites to see the vision come to life.
