Property Manager

Stafforce are working with a reputable client specialising in projects across ports, energy and offshore industries to recruit for a Property Manager. As the property manager you will be responsible for the group property portfolio located across the UK, marketing and leasing industrial and agricultural land, identifying new opportunities to acquire land and developing relationships with surveyors and clients to establish new contacts and develop new opportunities.

Location: Billingham (fully on site)

Responsibilities:

• Working to assist and support the Business Development Director, Legal Director and EC in providing property management reports and information on the property portfolio.

• Maintaining detailed records for the property portfolio and ensuring that the company complies with all relevant legislation and contractual obligations

• Answering existing tenant enquiries regarding aspects of their lease and property and ensuring tenants are kept fully informed of any works and or developments

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory matters, e.g. licensing, planning, environmental, occupancy, ventilation, certification etc

Requirements:

• Chartered property surveyor or working towards
• Previous experience of delivering services to a high level of customer facing environment
• Full awareness of the latest developments in Property Management
• An understanding of leases, Service Charge Budgeting, and associated legislation
• Excellent customer service and client focused
