Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a well-established manufacturing business based in Billingham with the appointment of receptionist on a temporary basis.

You will be providing receptionist and administration services for all site based staff, visitors, customers and contractors.

Key responsibilities:

  • To receive, assist and direct all visitors efficiently to their final destination in a professional quality manner ensuring site security and SHE policies are met all times whilst maintaining business continuity
  • To co-ordinate the site internal and external mail system
  • To provide, administer and co-ordinate site transport bookings for staff and visitors to ensure chauffeur cars, taxis, hire cars are available on request to meet safe and timely request of the clients at all times
  • To manage the site central conference facility by planning and co-ordinating conference rooms by customer request, organising the appropriate standard of equipment within the rooms
  • Customer visits administration
  • Contribute to Site Security measures
  • To operate the Telephone Switchboard service providing a single focal point of contact between external enquiries
  • Downloading of security reports requested by Department Heads. Any information provided must be authorised by the Senior PA
  • Ordering of stationery supplies for the site
  • Fire Warden
  • Maintain and distribute supplies of PPE for visitors
  • Responsible for maintaining stock of consumables related to site security access system
