Jackson Hogg are delighted to be exclusively supporting an established business based in Teesside with the appointment of Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.This position is a newly created role to support the Talent Acquisition Adviser with recruitment metrics and KPIs to enable them to enhance recruitment at our UK site to ensure we attract and maintain quality candidates.

Main Duties include:

  • Managing all administration activities supporting expansion project recruitment
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with candidate attraction, focusing on key business priorities and hard to fill vacancies with direct sourcing.
  • Supporting with the initial screening of CVs and assessing them for suitability against role requirements.
  • Identify and support with the development of cost effective candidate attraction channels.
  • Working closely with the TA Adviser to support with key metrics for attraction channels to enable them to build a clear understanding of what is working & not working.
  • Working collaboratively with wider colleagues to share best practice, delivering creative solutions for hard to fill roles
  • Working closely with the TA Adviser to set up and manage recruitment campaigns, building a clear understanding of what is working and not working.
  • Ensure every candidate has an efficient and effective recruitment experience.
  • Ensure recruitment documentation is completed in liaison with Line Managers and HR & OD Admin Team

We are keen to speak with experienced candidates with at least 12 months experience working in an in-house recruitment environment and have experience of recruiting at volume.
