Are you experienced in the world of heavy plant equipment and looking for an office-based role? We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our clients team in Billingshurst.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and manage information related to rail plant equipment and daily operations.
  • Customer & Client Support: Handle phone calls from customers and clients, answering basic queries about heavy plant equipment and services.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate day-to-day jobs for plant engineers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Queries: Respond to customer queries related to rail plant equipment and offer timely, effective solutions.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of Heavy Plant Equipment: Previous experience with plant or rail machinery is essential.
  • Customer Service: Strong communication skills to engage with customers and clients professionally and efficiently.
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
