Agricultural Branch Sales Manager required. Our client specialises in Agricultural machinery as well as 4x4 vehicles with a full knowledge and understanding from manufacturers such as Massey Ferguson, Fendt and Valtra, Manitou, Isuzu, Amazone, HM Trailers, Can-Am and Spearhead. They are now looking for a Branch Sales Manager to join the team in their Horsham Branch which is one of the numerous branches they have over the South East. This will be for the Sussex and Surrey patch. This is a 100% office based role with visits to customers when required.

Successful candidates will maximise branch sales being a first point of contact for customers and providing product solutions. Candidates will also oversee three Sales Managers and a Product Specialist.



Agricultural Branch Sales Manager Position Overview

  • The first point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
  • Identify business opportunities within your territory
  • Present our premium products and services to prospective customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets
  • Maximising upsells and cross-sell opportunities
  • Regularly report on your sales results to your line-manager
  • Overseeing the P&L for 3 Sales Managers
  • Managing daily activity, track performance, achievable goals.
  • Manage and take on key accounts
  • Expand and break into new markets.


Agricultural Branch Sales Manager Position Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role either in the Agricultural, Plant Machinery, HGV, or Automotive sectors. Agricultural sector highly advantageous.
  • Full Driving Licence


Agricultural Branch Sales Manager Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £50,000- £60,000
  • Working Hours: 8:00am to 5pm Monday to Friday in the winter and 8am - 6pm in the summer
  • Holiday Package: 22 days + 8BH
