Vanta Staffing Reading are recruiting for a Service Advisor to work for our prestigious client based in the Billinghurst area. The client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. Requirements of a Service Advisor:

• Previous experience is essential within an agricultural machinery or automotive aftersales environment or similar.
• Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner essential.
• Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and office.

Details:

• Hourly rate: £14.50
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00AM-05:30PM
• Location: Billinghurst West Sussex
• Duration: Permanent

Role of a Parts Advisor:

• Liaise with technicians about parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available and communicate any time restrictions to customers in timely manner.
• Liaise with customers to schedule in Breakdown's, Repairs, Services, and follow-up on customers service satisfaction.
• Answer telephone Service enquiries with the ability to action customers requirements or even advice customers over the phone and in person.
