Working for one of the leading care home providers in the UK, who are dedicated to providing personalised and compassionate care in order to enhance the quality of life for their elderly residents and those in need of their specialist care, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Care Assistant to join their growing team in this residential care home setting.
In this role you will play a crucial position in ensuring the residents receive the high-quality care and support they deserve. Your day will be filled with meaningful activities, from assisting with daily living tasks to providing companionship and creating cherished memories. Daily you will:
- Support residents with their needs, including meals, personal care, and mobility.
- Follow individualised care plans to ensure each residents unique requirements are met.
- Dedicate one-on-one time to residents, fostering a warm and supportive environment.
- Share moments of joy and companionship, contributing to a positive atmosphere.
- Adapt to varied tasks, ensuring no two days are the same.
We are seeking an individual with:
- A fun and happy outlook on life.
- Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
- Live close to / can commute daily to Billingshurst, West Sussex
- Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Happy to work 40 hours (5 shifts) over a 7-day period.
