Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor / Head of Housekeeping looking for a fresh challenge?

Working for one of the leading care home providers in the UK, who are dedicated to providing personalised and compassionate care in order to enhance the quality of life for their elderly residents and those in need of their specialist care, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their growing team in this residential care home setting.
In this role you will play a crucial position with responsibility for the overall cleanliness of the home and in ensuring the residents are living in a pleasant and clean environment. Daily you will:
- Ensure that all areas of the home are cleaned to a high standard.
- Maintain the cleaning schedules, ensuring all domestic staff conduct their duties in line with group processes
- Oversee the inhouse laundry service
- Stock management and ordering of cleaning supplies and linen
- Keep COSHH folder up to date
- Supervise the domestic assistant team including rota management
We are seeking an individual with:
- A fun and happy outlook on life.
- Previous experience in a Supervisory Housekeeping role in a care home, hotel or a similar environment is essential.
- Ability to conduct duties with compassion and empathy.
- Live close to / can commute daily to Billingshurst, West Sussex
