Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Billinghurst
Salary: 27,500 - 28,500
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm.
About the Role:
We're looking for an Operations Administrator to support the sales team with administration. You need a high attention to detail with a great communication skills.
Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing from initial order input through to invoicing and despatch
- Dealing with telephone and email queries, both internal and customer based
- Purchase orders
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Invoice processing
The ideal Operations Administrator Requirements:
- Experienced administrator
- High attention to detail with great communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
