Our client based in Billingshurst are looking for a Temporary Receptionist for the following dates:

Monday 16th September - 1-6pm

Tuesday 17th September - 1-6pm

Wednesday 18th September - 1-6pm

Thursday 19th September - 1-6pm

Friday 20th September - 1-6pm

Monday 23rd September - 1-6pm

Tuesday 24th September - 1-6pm

Wednesday 25th September - 1-6pm

This role would suit a Graduate looking for some summer work and administration experience or an experienced administrator who can communicate well.

• Answering calls
• Taking messages
• Front of house duties
• Sorting post and filing

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Professional and presentable
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good MS Word and Outlook skills
