Accounts Assistant - Sales Ledger

Billingshurst, West Sussex - hybrid with 2 days min in the office

Salary £28,000-33,000 depending on experience

Leading global business requires a motivated Accounts Assistant to help oversee their Sales Ledger function. This is a busy, engaging environment where there is always plenty to do and everyone chips-in to work towards shared objectives. The office is very welcoming and sociable, dynamic, and there’s excellent cross-collaboration across the teams.

Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, this individual will work as part of a small and highly collaborative finance team. Their offices are based in an attractive, slightly rural location so this person will need have their own transport. My client is offering excellent hybrid flexibility where you can choose 2-5 days in the office as desired, plus flex start / finish times if helpful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales ledger management
  • Raising invoices

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
