I am recruiting for an Operations Administrator required for a Client on a temp to perm basis.
The hours are 11am- 7pm- Monday- Friday.
The main responsibilities would be debriefing drivers on their return to depot, you will go over information with them and check their paperwork.
You will also amend invoices with missing items as well as replying to emails and respond to enquiries.
Responsibilities will include-
- Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Able to work with systems and confidential information
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

You must also have experience in speaking with customers over the phone and on emails.
If you have logistics/ distribution experience this will be a huge advantage but it isn't essential.
