- Be the main point of contact for your own customer accounts (150-200)
- Recommend products based on customer requirements and upsell
- Process orders from start to end and liaise with the customer even after they have received delivery
- Make outbound calls to new customers which will then need to be followed up via calls and emails
- Build relationships with customers
- Proven experience in an Internal Sales or Account Management role
- Ideally will have experience from a Manufacturing or Technical background
- Technical ability to understand customer requirements and recommend products
- Excellent communication skills and able to effectively build relationships
