This permanent position has become available due to growth and securing profitable contracts which you will nurture. The successful candidate will have experience managing key accounts of customers from cradle to grave, ideally you will have had a large customer base previously and are used to having ‘lots of plates spinning at the same time’!This company are keen to upskill their staff and offer progression opportunities if this is something you are interested in. Duties:
  • Be the main point of contact for your own customer accounts (150-200)
  • Recommend products based on customer requirements and upsell
  • Process orders from start to end and liaise with the customer even after they have received delivery
  • Make outbound calls to new customers which will then need to be followed up via calls and emails
  • Build relationships with customers
The successful candidate:
  • Proven experience in an Internal Sales or Account Management role
  • Ideally will have experience from a Manufacturing or Technical background
  • Technical ability to understand customer requirements and recommend products
  • Excellent communication skills and able to effectively build relationships
