- Handle sales orders from start to end, ensuring accuracy and promptness
- Regularly review and process new back orders, managing any changes to customer order dates
- Communicate with customers, providing guidance and addressing any concerns
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities
- Prepare and issue sales quotations to customers
- Manage customer portals
- Schedule and document outgoing stock deliveries
- Create and prepare export documentation
- Must have 5 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Order Processor or Technical Administrator
- Able to confidently handle technical enquiries
- Able to confidently deal with customers and process orders
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- ERP software experience is highly beneficial
