SEN Teaching Assistant required to support a child on a one to one basis at a SEN school in Wolverhampton. The school has a fantastic reputation in the area.

The Role:

Supporting students on a one to one basis and assisting the class teachers. The role is full time and can become permanent for the right person.

What You'll Do:

  • Provding ongoing support to the one to one child
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted academic support.
  • Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support the overall well-being of our school community.

Requirements

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position you will need:

  • Experience working with children
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Have a DBS Certificate on the Update Service / Willing to obtain one

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting
