Are you an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity?
Flourish Education is seeking a dedicated TA to join a “Good” rated, two-form entry Primary School in Bilston. This role offers the chance to provide impactful classroom support in a nurturing environment. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 15:30, across key stage 2 to support the classroom teacher in lesson delivery.

JOB ROLE:
As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing classroom support to ensure effective learning in line with the National Curriculum.
- Supporting the Class Teacher with lesson delivery and student engagement.
- Offering one-to-one or small group assistance to pupils who need extra help.
- Preparing resources and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Collaborating with staff to enhance the learning experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK Primary School.
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
- Passionate about education and committed to providing high-quality classroom support.
