We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join one of our highly profitable and well-established clients in the Logistics Sector. No prior experience is required, but a strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in logistics and warehousing. This role is primarily office-based (80%) but will require you to go into the warehouse.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily administrative operations of the warehouse, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments on the warehouse management system.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory.

  • Check and maintain trailers which arrive daily.
  • Liaise with clients and customers, ensuring timely communication and excellent customer service is provided.
  • Arrange collections and book stock back out.
