Overview
Everest People Solutions is recruiting for a Technical Manager to join our team at Salisbury Poultry. This role will be responsible for maintaining and developing quality standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulations, and industry standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with QA teams and other departments to drive quality improvements and manage audits.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and developing the Quality Management System and HACCP plan.
- Ensuring product quality meets customer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Setting compliance objectives and tracking performance against quality targets.
- Conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions.
- Overseeing shelf-life tests, metal detection, and weight checks.
- Collaborating with production and sales teams to maintain audit compliance.
- Leading customer and BRCGS audits, ensuring adherence to quality requirements.
You Will Need:
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS standards and food safety regulations.
- HACCP Level 3 certification (Level 4 desirable).
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the poultry or food industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and organisational skills.
Qualifications:
- Food Safety Level 4
- HACCP Level 3
- Lead Auditor Certification
