Are you passionate about optimising production processes and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a dedicated Production Process Engineer to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Process Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Identify improvements in personnel usage and reduce waste.
  • Optimise plant operations and develop efficient production processes.
  • Analyse and improve galvanising processes, addressing bottlenecks to increase throughput.
  • Monitor and optimise chemical data for high-quality, cost-effective production.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs.
  • Manage small-scale capital improvement projects to upgrade equipment and implement new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams and provide training on new processes.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, and report to senior management.

Process Engineer Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
  • Strong understanding of industrial machinery, chemical processes, and automation systems.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
