- Creating, reviewing, and tracking purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Working with business finance system Sage: Input purchase orders; create part numbers; amend prices.
- Managing re-ordering process.
- Carrying out market research on new and alternative suppliers and products.
- Previous experience in a similar Procurement / Purchasing Administrator role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software (Sage).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and in a small team.
- Collaborative in approach, dedicated and driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical with strong attention to detail and comfortable working with data.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

- £23,920 - c£27,000 salary, negotiable depending on experience
