Service Technician/MOT Tester
Bilston Area
Salary: 31,000 per annum plus monthly bonus
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours per week)
- Saturday: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm on a rota basis
- Flexibility required to suit the needs of the business
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Technician and MOT Tester to join a dynamic team at a reputable commercial vehicle center in the Bilston area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and servicing of commercial motor vehicles accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Detect and diagnose additional faults requiring further attention.
- Adhere to safety protocols, manufacturer standards, and industry guidelines.
- Complete all work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieving high standards of process efficiency and customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working on VAG vehicles (preferred).
- Current MOT Tester certification for Class 4 & 7 vehicles (essential).
- Demonstrated ability to coach and share knowledge effectively.
