As a Product Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding the hardware requirements of clients and suppliers, and finding the best products to meet their needs.
- Integrating in house software solutions with various hardware platforms, such as Jetson, Raspberry Pi, routers and IoT devices.
- Providing technical support and training to clients and internal teams on hardware-related issues.
- Interacting with technical support teams from hardware manufacturers and suppliers.
- Identifying and resolving hardware problems, such as electromagnetic interference, performance issues, or specification mismatches.
- Researching and testing new hardware products and technologies that can enhance solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in either hardware integration, product management, technical support, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of networking, IoT, cloud, and edge computing technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- A degree in electronics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in deploying AI solutions on hardware platforms, such as NVIDIA
