Description
As Assistant Management Accountant reporting into the Managing Director and Finance Director, you will be successfully responsible with supporting with the Management Accounts such as Balance Sheet Recs, Accruals and prepayments etc.
Notably, you will be contributing to the variance analysis and the ownership of the ledger for example, which includes looking at the costings and sales margin for example. This will lead to the business partnering with stakeholders such as Head of Operations and Head of Engineering to name a few.
Profile
- Open to anyone Qualified by Experience.
- Ideally studying or AAT Level 4.
- Open to any ACCA / CIMA Self Studying.
- Experience of preparing management accounts such as balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, VAT returns, P&L and fixed asset to name a few.
- Any knowledge of sales or product margin analytic is highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder management
- Happy to contribute to ad hoc work when needed
- Comfortable with Microsoft excel
- Can commit to 5 days on site per week
