We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our team in Keighley and Bingley. If you are looking for a rewarding career in childcare, with the flexibility to work within your preferred hours, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on children's progress and development.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Current First Aid qualification.
• Experience working in an early years setting (desirable but not essential).
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
