Job Advert: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
Location: Bingley Nursery
Position: Full-Time, Flexible Hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Are you a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner?
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Bingley Nursery. If you have a genuine love for working with young children, a relevant childcare qualification, and at least two years of experience in a childcare setting, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in our nursery, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's development.
- Work closely with other staff members to create a positive and nurturing environment for all children.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a childcare setting, preferably within a nursery or early years environment.
- Ability to work flexibly between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, as per nursery needs.
- A passionate, patient, and caring approach to working with young children.
- Strong communication skills, both with children and adults.
- A commitment to providing excellent childcare and supporting children's learning and development.
